The Chris Waller galloper was solid for most of the day but did go $3.70-$4 late, however, the gelding held the most money.
Our Intrigue ($4.40-$5), stablemate of the winner, was next best supported while runner-up Bazooka ($8-$5) was the big firmer late.
BETS: Yiyi $1,000 @ $4 TWICE, $1,000 e/w @ $3.80/$1.55
BETS: Our Intrigue $3,000 @ $5

RACE TWO
The Fossil arrived in time to take out a thrilling edition of the TAB highway Class 2 Handicap (1500 metres).
Although drifting from $11-$17 on the day, The Fossil went around as the fourth most popular horse in terms of money held.
So Say You ($5-$5.50) held the most in front of Yulong Base ($9-$6) which was a decent firmer while Kermatin ($6.50) was quite solid at the price.
Runner-up Lord Desanimaux ($23-$7.50-$8.50) was a big go at the eachway odds and only failed narrowly to pull off the move for it.
BETS: So Say You $30,000 @ $2.30 PLACE
BETS: Kermatin $2,000 @ $6.50

RACE THREE
Despite being a drifter for most of the betting, Barossa Rosa outlasted her rivals wo win the Midway Handicap (1300 metres).
The mare was $7.50 this morning and a constant drift in the morning and early afternoon saw her peak at $12 before jumping at $11.
Calgary Queen ($4.60-$4.20) was easily the best tried and was the sole runner to hold six figures with TAB Fixed Odds. Overall, she was responsible for a tick over 33 percent of the total investment.

BETS: Calgary Queen $2,000 @ $4
BETS: Catapult $1,000 @ $12

RACE FOUR
Entente proved to be a horror result for TAB in the Drinkwise Colin Stephen Quality (2400 metres).
The Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott-trained galloper was the only one to hold six figures with TAB and was three times more popular than anything else.
Jumping a $4.60 chance after being $4.20 in the morning, Entente flew home for Tim Clark to land the money over Young Rascal ($23-$19-$23) and Fun Fact ($6-$4.80) with the latter being $12 earlier in the week.
