Updated 1.05pm - The Eagle Farm meeting has resumed after Queensland Police cleared the course of a bomb threat that had been phoned into the Brisbane Racing Club. The call is being considered a hoax.
Earlier report - A police matter has halted the Eagle Farm programme after the first two races. Updated news is that the Brisbane Racing Club received a phone call about a bomb threat with the police immediately called to the track. As at 12.55pm it was not clear if the rest of the meeting would proceed.

EF UPDATE: Stewards have temporarily delayed today’s Eagle Farm races due to a police matter. We will await more information from stewards and police before the meeting resumes.
