The Brisbane Racing Club’s Doomben Cup meeting postponed on Saturday due to surface water on the track will now be conducted on Wednesday with all scratchings reinstated.
The scheduled meeting for Wednesday and Doomben is moved to Monday week.
Update - Racing Queensland confirms that following the rescheduling of the postponed Doomben Cup race meeting to Wednesday, May 25, the Brisbane Racing Club meeting, also at Doomben, originally programmed for that date has also been rescheduled and will now be hosted on Monday, May 30.The same race program will be retained, however, in accordance with RQ protocol, fresh nominations will be called for.
As a consequence the meeting’s revised deadlines are:
Nominations: Tuesday, May 24, at 11am
Weights declared: Wednesday, May 25
Acceptances: Thursday, May 26 at 11am
Jockey Declarations: Thursday, May 26 at 1pm
Final Scratchings: Monday, May 30th at 7:30am
