The wagering review of Saturday's TAB.com.au fixed odds betting for races at the MM meeting at Gold Coast, Rosehill and the Standish Handicap meeting at Flemington, plus Futures Markets updates:

Titanium Power only had moderate support compared to the favourite leading into The Agency Real Estate Handicap (1300 metres).
The Joe Pride galloper was $6.50-$7 on the day while Kir Royale ($2.50-$2.25) attracted strong money and held over half the total investment.
Of the rest, Kanazawa ($4-$5.50) was a drifter while I Say Hello ($5.50-$6) had admirers.

Sweet Ride was largely ignored by punters in the Davali Handicap (1100 metres).
The race changed complexion after the hot favourite Metallicity was scratched, with Flashing Steel ($4.80-$5.50) going around as favourite.
Sweet Ride ($10) was actually one of the least favoured runners in the race.
Despite the drift in betting, Banju was much too good in the TAB Highway Handicap (1500 metres).
Going from $4-$6 on the day, which was actually just going back to his opening price from Wednesday, Banju was taken to the front by Jean Van Overmeire and the pair were never headed.
The Terry Robinson pair of Lord Desanimaux ($8-$6.50-$7.50) and King's Trust ($6.50-$5) filled the minors.
In a race of many betting moves, Morgenstern ($19-$14), Tags ($17-$10) and Lucky Banner ($23-$13) were all tried.

BETS: Kings Trust $4,000 @ $5, $2,500 @ $5
Crosscheck was nearly unwanted leading into the Midway Handicap (1200 metres).
Although firming from $71-$41 on the day, Crosscheck held less than one percent of the money that was riding on Sky Command.
The race favourite, Sky Command ($2.40-$2.30-$2.90) got the wobbles late but carried some decent money. Overall, she was responsible for 56 percent of the money in the race.
BETS: Sky Command $3,000 @ $2.50, $2,000 @ $2.40, $2,500 @ $2.30
It was another bad result for punters at Rosehill, this time, with Niffler going down as a hot fav.
Following on from Sky Command's defeat in the previous race, Niffler ($2.40-$2) was heavily backed into even money and was three times as popular as anything else in the event.
Sword Point ($2.60-$3.60), which got out in betting, led throughout and never looked likely to be beaten.

It was another bad race for the favourites with Blesk and Speed Legend failing to figure in the placings.
Monegal ($21-$19) was too good in the ACY Securities Handicap (1500 metres) for Sam Clipperton and Theresa Bateup, going around with the least amount of money of any of the runners.
Blesk ($3-$3.60) was easily the most popular while Speed Legend ($4.60-$3.80) was the one tried late from the inside the draw.

Favourite backers were sent packing again after The Bopper couldn't reel in Mr Mosaic in the Schweppes Handicap (1100 metres).
Mr Mosaic ($4.40-$4.80) jumped straight to the front for Reece Jones and the pair fought off a gallant Belluci Babe ($5.50-$6) to land the money.
The Bopper ($2), which opened $2.60 on Wednesday, was one of the better tried runners on the Rosehill card but couldn't get into the race after being several lengths off the leaders at the top of the straight.
The Bopper held four-and-a-half times the money that the winner did.

Fashchanel defied the betting drift to take out the Ranvet Handicap (1350 metres).
Opening the day as a $3.80 favourite, Fashchanel went out to $4.60 as favouritism changed a few times throughout the afternoon.
Tamerlane ($5-$3.80) would ultimately jump at the head of betting while Super Effort ($6-$4.60-$5) had plenty riding on it.

Ranges had some nice eachway investments riding on it heading into the Rosehill Bowling Club Handicap (1200 metres).
Although a drifter on the day, Ranges ($7-$11) was still one of the more popular runners in the race although the Team Snowden galloper held less than half of what race fav Liberty Sun ($7-$3.80).
The favourite was easily the biggest mover in the race while Key Largo ($5-$4.60) attracted money all week after opening at $9 on Wednesday.

Forzanini finished best to take out the Ned Whisky Handicap (1100 metres).
The Team Snowden galloper, ridden by Sam Clipperton, opened the day an $8.50 chance but was backed into $6 by the time the race rolled around.
Attracting some money, Forzanini landed some nice investments but most of the cash was riding on Star Cherie ($4) in this one.
Steel Diamond ($3.80) was easily best tried of the others while Irish Angel ($4-$6) had its share of support too.

Lofty Strike foiled the big go on English Riviera in the opening race of the afternoon over 1100 metres.
The Julius Sandhu-trained youngster didn't have much money riding on it. In fact, it held less than 10 percent of what the favourite did.
English Riviera ($2.60 on Wednesday) jumped a very popular $1.90 favourite and held 48 percent of the total investment.
Maximillius, which was $3.60-$3 earlier in the week, was a drifter on the day and jumped $6.50.
Decent Raine had good money come for it all week in the Furphy Refreshing Air Trophy (1400 metres) despite Philadelphia Storm being the big firmer.
Philadelphia Storm opened $11 on Wednesday and today, was $5.50-$3.60 to take up the second line of betting behind Attractable ($2.90-$3.40).

One TAB customer was very happy with themselves after Dark Dream swept down the outside to take out the California Memory Living Legends Plate (1700 metres).
Placing a $5,000 investment just a minute out from the jump on the former Derby winner, Dark Dream ($6) did the right thing by his backers by finishing best to score.
Somerset Maugham ($2.80-$2.30-$2.50), the first horse backed on Wednesday, rattled home for second just in front of Under My Spell.
Overall, the latter two horses were the only two to hold six figures with TAB Fixed Odds.

Blazejowski repaid the faithful with a solid win in the Be A Mate, Nominate Trophy (1400 metres).
Although attracting his fair share of support, Blazejowski still held half of what race favourite Not To Be Mist ($3) did.
The pair, along with Justacanta ($8.50-$6.50), dominated the hold with nearly 80 percent of the money on the trio.

In one of the most open races of the day, Nicolini Vito finished best to take out the VRC Event Staff Handicap (1400 metres).
TAB went up $10 about the Ben & JD Hayes-trained galloper earlier in the week and by the time the race rolled around, $6 was being offered.
Bottoming out at $5 this morning, Nicolini Vito was the most popular runner in terms of money held from Divine Diosa ($6) with the pair finishing up with the exacta.
Of the unplaced brigade, Worthily ($11-$6.50) had plenty of admirers and was a noted firmer.

Halvorsen held off the heavily tried It'sourtime to take out the Standish Handicap (1200 metres).
Jamie Kah got the best out of the Griffiths & de Kock galloper to hold off It'sourtime ($4.40-$3.50) which attracted strong money late.
The Astrologist ($5) was the most popular galloper in terms of money held.

Stay Gold delivered a horror result to TAB by taking out the Resimax Group Jockeys Challenge, Friday 21 January (1600 metres).
The Danny O'brien-trained galloper had attracted support during the week, firming from $8.50-$7.
Today, Stay Gold ($7-$10) went back out after support for Picaroon ($6-$4.20) and Modern Millie ($7-$9-$6.50) among others.
Despite the drift, Stay Gold still went around as the second most popular runner in terms of money held.

RACE FIVE - Magic Millions Snippets
Isotope was much too strong for her rivals in the Magic Millions Snippets (1200 metres).
Punters generally focused on the two mares with the most popular runner being Away Game ($3.20-$3) with the pair holding nearly 70 percent of the money.
The flucs for Isotope on the day were $2.50-$3.50 after she opened the day as favourite ahead of Away Game.

RACE SIX - Magic Millions Cup
Eleven Eleven took out a thrilling edition of the Magic Millions Cup (1400 metres) after putting his nose down right on the line.
In a thrilling four-way finish, Eleven Eleven ($7.50-$7-$8.50) got the verdict over Holyfield ($l7-$19) and Apache Chase ($7-$8) with Frosty Rocks ($31) leading and winding up fourth.
Nudge ($7.50-$6.50) was the only horse to hold more money than the winner while Kementari ($5.50-$6) had his usual army of support.

Favourite backers were cheering after Coolangatta held on to capture The Star Magic Millions 2YO Classic (1200 metres).
Touching black figures this morning, Coolangatta went from $2 into as low as $1.85 before jumping a dominant $1.95 favourite.
Such was the weight of support for the Ciaron Maher & Dave Eustace runner that she commanded five times what second pick Russian Conquest ($6.50-$5.50) did.
The pair completely dominated the betting with 75 percent of the total investment.

Team Snowden's talented gelding opened the day at $6.50 and consistent support throughout the day saw it firm dramatically into $4.
Under the urgings of Nash Rawiller, the pair swept to the lead early in the straight and were never headed.
Jamaea ($5.50-$4.40) went around with the most money while Starman ($6.50) had plenty riding on it also.
The big push for Me Me Lagarde ($13-$7.50) nearly came to fruition as it rattled home for second.
