Nine for Stayers Cup at Rosehill
13 Jun 2012 | ThoroughbredNEWS News Desk The Australian Turf Club has received 124 acceptances for the nine race programme at Rosehill on Saturday.
The $40,000 Significant Prelude 2YO (1800m), transferred from the abandoned meeting at Randwick on Monday, is the first race at 11.25pm with a six horse field of potential stayers.
The older stayers are in race five at 1.45pm, the $100,000 Sydney Markets Ltd Stayers Cup (3200m) with a field of nine.
The Peter Snowden trained Adroitly is top-weight with 59kg. Kerrin McEvoy rides from barrier seven. The Gai Waterhouse trained Reuben Percival (NZ) is next with 58kg and Tommy Berry rides from barrier nine.
