Our charity of choice for this year’s event is the Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation (POWHF). POWHF is an established charitable organisation supporting and promoting research, education, health promotion and patient care for and at the Prince of Wales Hospital Randwick. We encourage everyone to “dig deep” to help this very worthwhile cause.
Without giving too much away about the night, some of the fantastic items that will feature in the Monster and Silent Auctions will include:-
* “the ultimate” for racing enthusiasts, provided by Ambassador Travel in association with Emirates Airlines, is for two people travelling Business Class to a choice of one of three great destinations in 2013 - the Dubai World Cup (Dubai), Royal Ascot (London) or the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe (Paris).
* create a wonderful dress ring for yourself. The extraordinarily talented Claire Aristides will allow you to delve into her gem vault to pick just the right size and shaped gem for you and she will create the “Timeless Treasure” you so richly deserve.
* “get your message out there” by advertising with the leading racing broadcaster SKY Racing. The airtime package is available across the Sky Racing television platform and Sky Sports Radio.*
*Advertisements must comply with Sky’s Advertising Policy
* the Daelim Besbi is the perfect scooter for the daily commute with a powerful 125cc engine, fully automatic CVT Twist and Go transmission with electric start.
* get away from it all with a two night stay for 2 adults at the award winning Shoal Bay Resort & Spa. *
Conditions apply to name but a few. There will also be a raffle with exceptional prizes conducted on the night and a “lucky door prize” will also be awarded.
NSWROA are delighted to welcome back our sponsors to this year’s event: Luxbet.com, Racing NSW, Patinack Farm, the Australian Turf Club, Gow Gates Insurance Brokers, New Zealand Bloodstock, Emirates, Ambassador Travel, Inglis, Carrazzo Consulting, International Animal Health Products, De Bortoli Wines, Lion and SKY Racing, our exclusive media partner. And lastly, and by no means in the least, our thanks to those companies and individuals who kindly donated prizes to the Monster Auction and the Silent Auction.
It goes without saying that we are indebted to our wonderful sponsors and on behalf of the Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation we thank them for their continued support of Racing’s Night of Champions.
Racing’s Night of Champions will once again be beamed “live” to an international audience on SKY Racing World and highlights of the night will also be shown on SKY Racing 1 and SKY Racing 2.
To assist guests attending the event, NSWROA has arranged for a return bus service between Randwick and Rosehill, bookings for which are essential. There is also an accommodation event offer available from Rydges Parramatta - just quote “Racing’s Night of Champions”. Rydges can also provide transfers to Rosehill Gardens – simply mention when booking accommodation.
And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, it does. The immensely talented Damien Leith, an Australian Idol winner and one of the best-selling Australian artists of the modern era,
will provide our feature entertainment on the night.
So if you haven’t already done so, reserve your place now at a truly fantastic night. Tickets are selling fast, so book now to avoid disappointment.
