Damien Oliver (Harlem ([GB)]) - pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under the provisions of AR131(a), the careless riding being that near the 1600 metres, he permitted his mount to shift in when not sufficiently clear of Regal Power, causing that gelding to be taken in off its course and, when being restrained, clipping Harlem's heels. Damien Oliver had his licence to ride in races suspended for a period to commence midnight 29 February 2020 and to expire midnight 9 March 2020, a total of 10 race meetings (2 metropolitan, 8 provincial).
