New pages added to Austext Service 02 Sep 2005
Tabcorp Holdings Ltd

Tabcorp has advised that home Austext customers can now access an additional four SuperTAB pages on their service to help punters obtain additional racing information.

Beginning yesterday, the Victorian TAB has added an additional four SuperTAB pages to the home Austext national service.

A TAB spokesman said the additional information can be found on pages 506 to 509 and cover the four major meetings in each racing session during the day and night.

“Each page scrolls through all events at each meeting. Once an event is finished, it leaves the results up for that event as it scrolls through the remaining race approximate dividends,” he said.

The spokesman said the additional pages were introduced as a response to customer feedback received following recent changes made to the home Austext service.

The Victorian TAB selects the four main races to be covered during the day and this will be changed to cover the four main meetings at night.

The Victorian TAB also provides tote information to home Austext customers on pages 501 – 505. This includes tri-state wagering information on the next race to jump on what betting is available in Australia and an additional page for information on the race immediately following. It also includes a page each dedicated to scratchings, selections and rider and driver changes. Pages 510 – 515 provide information on all Sports Betting odds with a page dedicated to FootyTip betting products.

Racing enthusiasts can also access all the tote information via the Victorian TAB website site at www.tab.com.au

Victorian TAB customers will see no change in the information, which is available in all TAB agencies and Pub and Club TABs.
