Hermosa will face nine rivals in a bid to become the fourth filly to complete the English and Irish 1,000 Guineas double on Sunday.
Attraction (2004), Finsceal Beo (2007) and Winter (2017) all landed the double, and the Aidan O'Brien-trained runner is favourite to join that elite group.
An all-the-way winner on the Rowley Mile, the daughter of Galileo will once again be pitched against Qabala (third), Fairyland (fifth), Just Wonderful (sixth) and Iridessa (eighth).
Last year's Prix Morny winner Pretty Pollyanna is set to make her seasonal reappearance, while Breeders' Cup runner-up East also brings overseas form into the equation following her third in the French 1,000 Guineas.
Dean Street Doll, who was last seen finishing second in the Derrinstown Stud 1,000 Guineas Trial, the 102-rated Foxtrot Liv and Group 3 winner Coral Beach complete the field.
The Tattersalls Gold Cup is the other Group 1 on the card and is likely to be a straightforward task for Magical, who has looked as good as ever when winning the Alleged and Mooresbridge Stakes this campaign.
She will once again face stablemate and last year's Irish St Leger winner Flag Of Honour, with Zihba, Verbal Dexterity and Mustajeer the only other runners.
