Godolphin nominations dominate early Tiara market

Godolphin dominates the early All In market for the final Group 1 race of the season, the $500,000 Sky Racing Tattersall’s Tiara (1400m) at Eagle Farm on Saturday with opening Multaja, Pohutukawa and Savatiano as equal $8.00 favourites.

All three go into the race with credentials to win another Group 1 for trainer James Cummings. The two Medaglia d’Oro fillies, Multaja and Pohutukawa, are coming off a win and a third placing respectively.

Multaja won the listed Coughlan Stakes over 1200m at Doomben on June 1st and Pohutukawa was third to Kolding (NZ) in the Group 2 Queensland Guineas over 1600m at Eagle Farm on June 8th after not receiving clear running.

The four-year-old Street Cry mare Savatiano won the Group 2 Moreton Stakes over 1300m at Eagle Farm on May 25th by 2 3/4L.

The Waller stable pair of Invincibella and Prompt Response along with Garry Frazer’s Spright are on the second line with $11.00 and with the rest of the nominations at $15.00 and over.
