He won comfortably aboard the Casper Fownes trained Elusive Quality gelding Fiery Raider in the first of the programme, the Class 5 Pak Tin Handicap (1200m)' before surging home on the John Moore trained Frederick Engels in the last race, the Class 2 Chak On Handicap (1200m), to continue a stellar November run of form.
Prebble, who won the Group 1 Golden Slipper aboard Crystal Lily in 2010, has been riding in Hong Kong for eight years.
Wednesday's double takes Prebble to 15 winners for the Hong Kong season to-date, five behind the leader fellow ex-pat Australian jockey Zac Purton.
